fhána: Band Profile

fhána (pronounced: [fana]), is a four member pop band consisting of three sound producers: Junichi Sato, yuxuki waga, and kevin mitsunaga, plus a female vocalist, towana.

They started off as an indie band, creating and sharing their music all over the Internet. fhána released independently their New World Line EP in 2012. Their debut single "Que Sera Sera" was released in Japan, by the label Lantis in 2013. The song was featured as the ending theme of the popular Japanese animation series "Uchouten Kazoku". The opening theme for the next winter 2016 anime series “Haruchika : Haruta and Chika Enjoy Their Youth” airing from January will be performed by fhána.

fhána was also one of the very few artists chosen as iTunes Japan 2014 New Artist To Watch.

Oh great, fhána!! They really do rock! I’m a big fan of them from Wonder Stella, “Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya 2wei Herz!”OP song.
I want to ask them so many things!
I feel that the unique intros of fhána music, especially "tiny lamp", "divine intervention" and "Somewhen, Some Worlds With You" are very impressive, which make the fans love the anime op songs, including me.
I dive into the exciting anime world just by the sound of it.
What do you specially think about while making the intro songs?
This winter people from all around the world watching Haruchika : Haruta and Chika Enjoy Their Youth, will be singing along to fhána's opening theme. Can you tell us what the lyrics are about?
