Cute and interesting, her life in this manga artist dormitory begins!

Three Episode Impression

If you love slice of life anime like New Game!, Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?, or Hinako Note, you will definitely enjoy Comic Girls. It features the same all girl cast and their rambunctious hijinks that’s just so perfect for iyashi-kei slice of life. What really happens? Eh, they talk about manga and drawing, but mostly, it’s just a bunch of moe girls doing moe girl things like drawing each other in their panties and making statements that you can completely misinterpret. Oh, and there’s stuff about manga, too, but that’s not why you watch this type of anime and it’s certainly not why we did. It’s just an enjoyable all girl anime and really, what more could you want during a stressful week?
