Endowed with a personality and artificial ego, as well as, equipped with AS (artificial self), Gourai is the newest prototype model. Not to mention too, when Ao starts her up, she is the only owner of a Gourai model in the world.

Now, the two of them, Girl and Frame Arms Girl, are going to begin their strangely fun days together!

The first thing you would notice is how it is animated. For the scenes involving a Frame Arms Girl, it’s animated with a 3D looking style, which can be a turn off for some. But story wise, it is kind of interesting to see the little figurines battle it out in big guns and armors. I guess this anime has its good points. Other than the animation style (it seemed weird to me), you can give this series a go.

Ao Gennai

Ao is an extremely normal first year student in high school. When Frame Arms Girl Gourai is accidentally delivered to her, she boots it up. As a result, she becomes the only person in the world to have a Gourai model. Ao is completely in the dark when it comes to Frame Arms Girls and plastic models, but she learns that if she battles, she can win prizes. So, she decides to treat it like a part time job and tries out a test battle with Gourai.

Gourai is a test model for Frame Arms Girl that was mistakenly delivered to Ao. When it comes to being a Frame Arms Girl, the system, weapons, and equipment, she is a wealth of knowledge. However, her knowledge is lacking in what human emotions like “happiness” and “sadness” are.

Stylet

Voice Actor: Yuu Ayase

Stylet is a tsundere and is very proud. However, when she is with Baselard and Gourai, she plays the straight man. In order to dispel the frustration she feels from losing when she fought Gourai, Stylet lives with Ao in her room.

Baselard

Voice Actor: Rika Nagae

Baselard may appear to be an innocent young girl, but actually she is sharp and has bountiful knowledge. Baselard loves things that shine and sparkle, so she unintentionally collects them. She loves to cause problems, so if everyone gets sucked in, she is pleased with herself.
