Seems like the MC is along for the ride. Both humans and spirits are pining to make Kazuya their own. Doesn't this sound a lot like Tenchi Muyo?

Don't forget the comedy and action parts. This could end up being a lot like Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? or Noucome aka Ore no Nounai Sentakushi ga, Gakuen Love Comedy wo Zenryoku de Jama Shiteiru.

This could end up being a bit like Kyoukai no Rinne with Ecchi or Jitsu wa Watashi wa too!
